Local Life Agents LLC (doing business as Local Life Agents Insurance Services in California) is an independent insurance agency based in Ohio. This notice covers locallifeagents.com and the quote forms, contact form, and chat on it (the site).

Information you give us

If you start a quote, use the contact form, or type into the chat, we receive what you submit. That can include your name, phone number, email address, location, and details about the coverage you are asking about. If you go further into an application, we receive the information that application asks for.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it to quote, place, and service coverage, to meet insurance record rules, and to run the site. When we no longer need it, we delete it or strip the details that identify you.

Children

This site is for adults shopping for insurance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.

Your requests

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for insurance and legal reasons. Use the contact form. We will not ask you to email a personal inbox.

When this notice changes, we will update the date at the top. The new version applies from that date.
