These terms are between you and Local Life Agents LLC (doing business as Local Life Agents Insurance Services in California). They cover locallifeagents.com, including quote forms, the contact form, and the chat (the site). The agency's resident state is Ohio. We are licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

By using the site you agree to these terms, the privacy notice, the cookie policy, and the disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What the site is

The site publishes insurance information and lets you request a quote or send a message. It is not a carrier. A quote on the site is not a policy. Coverage exists only after a carrier approves the application and issues the contract. Read the disclaimer before you rely on anything you read or anything the chat replies.

Your information

You agree that what you submit in a form, application, or chat is accurate. Do not submit someone else's information unless you have authority to do that. You are responsible for activity that happens under an account or session you control.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the site to build your own database or a competing service.
• Send spam, or use a script or bot to hit the forms or the chat.
• Try to break, overload, probe, or bypass the site's security.
• Impersonate us, a carrier, or another person.
• Upload malware or anything meant to interrupt the site.
• Use the chat to harass anyone, to fish for information about other clients, or to pressure it into stating that coverage is bound.
• Misstate facts on a quote or application.
• Copy the site's articles, tables, or design for your own commercial use without written permission.

We can block access, drop a conversation, or refuse a quote when someone breaks these rules. We may also tell law enforcement if the misuse is a threat to a person or to the site.

Our content

We own the site's text, graphics, and layout, or we have permission to use them. You may read them and share a link. You may not republish them as your own.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided as is. The disclaimer explains the limits on quotes, articles, and the chat. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that Ohio law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Local Life Agents agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Ohio have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these terms or the site. We may still bring an action where needed to protect a client, a carrier relationship, or the site.

Changes

We can update these terms by posting a new version and changing the date at the top. If you keep using the site after that date, you accept the update.
